The CAPSOL is an instrument to enhance
student understanding and learning through the identification
of student strengths.
The CAPSOL is an assessment program,
which is used to assess a student's style of learning ranging
from school age students through adult learners in corporate
training or higher education. The recipients' preferences
are determined by responding to 45 questions on an NCR form.
The profile is easily and quickly scored by the recipient,
resulting in an individual profile with prescriptions for
the use of both instructor and learner.
The CAPSOL learning prescription is divided
into high preferences and low preferences. The high preferences
section provides for teaching to the student's style of
learning. The low preferences section indicates areas in
need of improvement.
